... a hard day. Just in case we became complacent another F6 storm hit us aswe entered Colom in the dark -probabley the hardest entry I have ever made and was pleased to have old John to guide us to safety. More about this trip tomorrow when we have dried out - happy days!!!

Called into Porto Petro cos it was here and I wanted to have an early finish as, as usual stuff was just thrown onto the boat and needs sorting before it gets dark.

Late afternoon we took the dinghy and went wandering around the town. For a resort it has a lovely atmosphere. Found supermarkets which is always a good thing.

We've been lucky the last couple of anchorages with no mozzies at sunset, but that was not
to be the situation here. So it's down below, battening down the hatches and putting the anti mozzie gadgets on – which appear to work.
