... gave us a wonderful commentary along the way covering a huge variety of topics including how to chew coca leaves to get the most benefit from them so avoid altitude sickness. We climbed up to about 4,000m after about an hour and a half and had great views of the volcanoes, including one that was smoking. Our first stop was to take photos of vicuņas.
