Hello everyone.

We started our tour to the Colca Canyon by rising at 6.30 am, to be ready to be picked up at 7.30am. We drove through Arequipa and out past El Misti Mountain. Our destination was the town of Chivay, which is 2-3 hours away. Our tour guide, a very nice chap called Ali, kept us entertained and informed throughout the trip.
