    Not much to write about to be honest. I've been on crutches the past few days and haven't been able to do much of anything.     All day, Nothing to tell. Except that for four hours a guy had his dog dressed in a pink dress and it sat on his lap the entire time. It wasn't even a lap dog. Just a mongrel street dog he had saved as a pup.

    I met up with Dunia (the girl from Quito) in Ipiales. If you pronounce it like it looks, no one knows where you want to go and you get **** directions. It's "Ipp ee ar less".

    ... internet’s probably too **** to upload it :( Anyway, I then reached the small village of San Cipriano, more Caribbean and different to anywhere else in Colombia, where there was some rivers you could go tubing in, cool waterfalls and some trails you could spend days exploring –unfortunately I only had about 5 hours but got to see some of the highlights, and most of the experience was the travel getting there more so than the stuff itself – after all ...

    So we are not dancing much, we are obviously not showing off our perfect beer bellies, some clubs are far, many clubs charge to get in, etc. The ones who know me would know this is not my thing. There is not much to see in Cali either or at least we haven't found it. We did some nice walk, went to a nice waterfall but got stuck there by a crazy rain, not lucky...
