      ... to the fact we were following him, a quite staggering level of disinterest but got us there and back safely, albeit wading through streams in our hiking shoes- not ideal. We would not have found it without the guide so were grateful enough.

Anyway...Diego collected us from the mall near his house and we tried some Juan Valdez coffee, apparently the best coffee chain in Colombia.       ... where you have to throw 7 hoops at a table with holes in and each hole awards different points. It’s a bit like a fairground game and points vary from 5 to 300 per shot. 300 points can only be scored by a nearly impossible shot into a frogs mouth on top of the table – which Linda managed to do in both the first AND second game!       Another short ride to Cali today. The land turned hot in the valley of Cauca, where the plantations of sugar cane are immense.
