    ... often than not. Bad weather apparently comes out of nowhere fast and the good guides turn back since it can become extremely dangerous. I also discovered two people died the year before for that same reason. The guides decided to keep climbing probably because they were so close. Unfortunately, two people took the quick way down.     ... us going. Getting to the rim of the volcano was amazing! Views were spectacular. After a few quick pics and a food break, we were on our way down. Going down was a whole lot more fun that going up - we got to slid down on these plastic sled-type things. The only way to stop was to dig the handle of your ice pick into the ice as hard as possible.
