... with wing tanks only. When I landed in Puerto Montt I open the cap on the ferry tank and looked inside with my flashlight. There was maybe 1.5 to 2 inches of fuel remaining, about 5 – 7 gallons out of a total tank capacity of 70 gallons. Well now I knew what I had to work with for the flight to Antarctica.
