We came back to South Kensignton and decided we would stop off and have lunch (it was about 4.00 by then) and found the cutest pub (well the Pimms sign really sold me on it) the food was perfect, just what we needed (a chicken & bacon burger for me, and Chicken breast in bbq sauce with chips and salad for Justin. deeeeelish)
Tuesday: and so today, we pack up, grab the car and off to visit the rest of the UK :)

A lot you could purchase for re-heating at home and as it was about 3pm, Vern did not want too much that would ruin his appetite for dinner so we got a special cake, Portuguese custard tart, and a lobster and salmon mousse for £18 and enjoyed a picnic outside. We reach the Rialto bridge waterbus stop early enough to
board an earlier boat. It is small and crammed with airport commuters and their
(our) baggage. Soon, we are passing stops because our craft overflows with
people—much to the obvious chagrin of those whose schedules are disrupted
because of no room on their planned transport.

Here we are.......Sat here in the living room with nothing but each other and our 16kg backpacks, (and maybe a couple of tins of tuna lining our empty cupboards) in the flat that has been nothing short of wonderful in Clapham junction. It echoes with memories of pre-drinks, dinners and sleepovers with international friends, with slightly inappropriate undertones.
