... ish) views from our 17th floor room.

We headed out the next day on foot, becoming part of the swarm on the streets, and it was a pleasure to be around the New York citizens. Bold, forward, tall and loud, friendly and funny, warm and proud they were; good for them, they have an amazing city to be very proud of. We have very much enjoyed our time here in the Big Apple, although it has been very hectic. With so much to see and do we didn't want to waste ...

We flew into Newark using our United air miles. That meant grabbing the Airtrain to Penn Station for $12.50 each. Once there, we bought 7 day passes on the Metro system. We’ll be in NYC for 4 nights and days and will easily get our money’s worth from an unlimited pass. ...
