Today I went to the 9/11 museum we had to get through loads of security . When we got past security we started looking around it was really sad seeing how many people died in the twin towers I learnt that the planes were hijacked by hijackers and that the first tower to be hit was the North tower which fell over last! ... Towards the end we decided it might be a good idea to head inside for a bit of warmth!

Then Luis showed me Times Square (and we even found the Theatre I will be going to see the Lion King. Alex told me I had to see a broadway show, so I cannot disappoint!) All the advertisements, the people dressed up, the NYPD, the US Army Recruitment...the whole lot lit up at night was another incredible experience.

... stormy weather. Whilst I felt rather nauseated I was lucking enough to keep my breakfast down, however some were not so lucky. After finally landing we were stuck on the Tarmac for some time whilst the Melbourne airport workers sheltered from the rain and lightning. Obviously not used to Tassie weather that lot. ... to the flat to watch a film. Or so I thought… I ended up falling asleep and missed meeting Thomas at the Matilda lottery where he won tickets for that night’s show! Oops!! Luckily having had a nap I was bright eyed and bushy tailed for the show, which was fab. The next day I met Steph for lunch at Lavo. Restaurant Week was back so we had 3 courses for $25!
