      Close to everything,friendly staff,clean hostel...
The double rooms (myself and SO staying $82per night) were a tad expensive, But i guess thats what you get for such an amazing location.
24hr service which is good after arriving from Oz being pretty jet lagged looking for a feed at 1am, staff are knowledgable and friendly..
      Would stay again

On Sunday 21st Sep we left Kelowna for a 4.5hr drive to Vancouver. Again it was a lovely day whilst we were stuck in the car so when we got to Vancouver we headed straight for the beach to make the most of the last bit of sunshine. We pulled up to Kitsilano Beach Park and it was packed. A bit like England really, get a good day and everyone is out …

Canadians are the friendliest people ever. Today I got on the bus and didn't have the correct change, only a $5 bill and the loveliest bus driver took pity on me and let me on anyway. She took me to where I needed to go, gave me directions to the next stop and printed me a day ticket for free! What a kind lady.

As I count Monday as my first proper day, today makes my third day in British Columbia.
God answered my friend request pretty quickly as I met two New Zealanders (Kerry and Katie) on the way to breakfast Monday morning. By midday I'd met a girl from England (Gina) I'd been in touch with on facebook before I'd left through a Vancouver …

Hallo allemaal! Donderdagochtend …
