    ... The original painting was sent to Italy where it was transferred to 12 million pieces of venetian glass, returned to LA and reassembled on the wall. Fortunately, it was not one tile at a time. The tiles were pre-assembled on 12" squares of paper which were subsequently mounted on the wall. It is a sight to see.

    This is one of the stadiums I was dreading. Not because of the stadium itself or even the fans but the logistics of getting there. I have been in LA traffic once before and didn't exactly enjoy the experience. This time, however, it wasn't bad at all. It helped that I shortened my drive today by driving some of it last night.
