The fortress held a lot of Finnish, Swedish and Russian history, and was interesting to walk around. Our second and final day in Helsinki was quite relaxed. - Go skiing- (I have never been before!)
- Explore Helsinki
- Go to Lapland
- See the Northern Lights
- Maybe go to St Petersburg
- Meet up with a friend in Sweden
- But most importantly to meet new people and have one of the best experiences of my life! Making amazing memories!
... out to a Russian folklore evening it was a truly memorable experience and enjoyed by everyone even though the seats were like sitting on solid wood, I think they forgot to put padding in the seats. ... A pleasure on a cooler day, I'm sure, and blankets have been left there to take the edge off. The pool table is €5/ hour. After a happy ten minutes pulling out travel guides from the warehouse boxes (not a huge warehouse, I should say) I headed back to the parliament building for the tour.
