... carbs in this traditional dish. For mains I had the Cajun fish steak, which came with two choices of salad (bean and red wine, carrots and green beans with sesame) with a raw pineapple salsa and a tomato salsa. Georgia had steamed fish parcels, some meaty fish steamed in banana leaves with a chilli and lime sauce, tavioka and a dressed salad. The portions were large but the meaty fish was really good. Not a great start but we are then greeted by 4 guitar playing Fijians singing to us in bright shirts and wearing flower necklaces. We arrived at our first hostel of travelling, smugglers cove, and it has set the bar high. Two nice clean bunk beds, air con and an en suite bathroom. We dumped our bags and went out to buy water as its really expensive to buy on the islands. Even at 6pm it ...
