A great place for those who like everything organised for them, with reasonable prices attached. The rooms are also great. Thanks!

The hotel is clean, the bathroom was clean, the sheets were clean. The room was bright and airy.
The staff are fab, smiley and helpful. The manageress can organised pretty much anything for you. We used their tuktuk driver for 3 days to see the temples -really easy way to see loads!
Free internet and water on arrival and departure.
Can't praise them enough.

A lovely tuk tuk driver from our hotel picked us up, with Daz's name spelt correctly on his card, which Daz was happy about!

On our first evening, we wandered …

The Floating Villages of The Tonle Sap

Okay, so I think I last left off in Phemn Penh (spelling is awful, sorry) somewhere, I'm not really sure at this point, ha. I'm sitting in the bar of the hotel again, with my foot in a hot salt water bath. The ol'e toe infection is getting better, hopefully it will be fine by the time we leave for Northern Cambodia on Sunday.

Angkor What?

Siem Reap really isn’t very interesting. But the fact that it’s right next to the amazing temples of Angkor means that it’s a must-see, packed with hotels and people resting before their next visit to the temples scattered throughout the area. And this is exactly what we did.

We also took the standard route for transpo...

Settling In

So, I'm kind of, but, not really, getting used to being the perennial, sweaty, dirtball. I'm really glad I'm not looking for Prince Charming because he would be way turned off. I must admit that my research of the region via Wikipedia fell short, to say the least. Usually before I travel I spend months with my nose in as many guidebooks as possi...
