Bar was closed everyday I was there, no activities were run even though advertisied and jail novelty wears of very quickly.

this is a great facility if your using it just in terms of budget travel. it has a resonable price, the rooms and bathrooms are always clean and the staff are polite and helpfull.
but despite being a hostel it does have the hostel enviroment, ive stayed here twice and would be lucky to have seen 5 people in all my time in the building other than staff. But in ottawa, its the only choice. which is lfitting when you consider its the town fun forgot.
