    ... Just 3 openings, with 2 looking out behind the water so you don’t see anything other than spray. It’s ok, but not as amazing as seeing them from in front. The volume of the falls and the rush of water going over the edge is breathtaking. A lot smaller than Victoria Falls in length and drop, but more water volume. The buildings, loads of tourists, and well constructed footpaths make this less authentic and awe inspiring than Vic Falls, but Niagara ...

    ... I guess we all have choices, and in the end, we have the choice to live as we choose. Simultaneously scary and beautiful.

    Of course we signed up for the "Niagara Canada state park fun pack" - a combination of Maid of the Mist, White Water Walk, Journey behind the Falls, and Niagara's Fury movie, all combined with a free bus ride to get you from place to place easily.     ... the TV, as we headed in we all got absolutely drenched by the sheer volume of water and mist that just flew in our direction. Once the worst was over we got an amazing view of the falls, awesome and really worth the money we had paid, a real box ticked.

    We dried off to purchase our obligatory postcard and fridge magnet to add to our collection and had dinner prior to getting back on the bus for another night drive...tomorrow we will wake in ...
