The room was literally the size of a closet and it felt like we were staying in India as the majority of the building was full of Indian restaurants and shops. We didn't like that there were a lot of very aggressive Indian men trying to sell things to us constantly, and giving Austyn very uncomfortable stares. The overall location in Kowloon was really good for sightseeing, but we definitely wouldn't recommend it for lone female travelers. The owner and manager Simon was also very helpful and refunded our money when we wanted to leave early.

We spent four nights here and were very impressed with the location (right on Nathan Road, a short walk from the Star Ferry terminal for short hops to Central or Wan Chai or to get across to Lantau) and cleanliness. The room was small, but this is what we expected from HK accommodation. What was handy was the large space under the bed - more than enough room to keep our packs out of the way. Simon was very friendly and helpful. Clean towels daily.

Very clean, friendly owner ( Simon) & great location. Rooms are small but I think that's typical in Hong Kong (at this price at least)

I have been listening to a variety of artists on my iPod only travels. I have avoided shuffle or playlists as quite often songs come on with just too much meaning attached. I try to pick an easy listening artists with enough songs to send me off to sleep to, which is surprisingly hard! I get too into the songs ha.  I started with the Hired Hands...

Well today we thought we'd be well on our way to Vietnam via Guangzhou visas in hand. However, with express Chinese visas being astronomical, plus they back dated our Vietnam visas giving us less time we have decided to bite the bullet and fly to Hanoi.

One good thing out of it we get to write a proper blog entry about our fantastic wee...
