... Coast von Australien, also gerade mal so in den Tropen. Nicht von Touristen überrannt, die sind alle weiter nördlich in den Whitsundays. Man kann hier also entspannen. Das Hostel unterstützt dabei tatkräftig. Zum einen ist es mehr Resort als Hostel, zum anderen gab es für die Doppelbuchungspanne ein gratis Update. 4 Bett-Zimmer mit eigenem Balkon, Bad und Fernseher. Ist doch auch nicht schlecht. ... Aber dafuer muesste man sehr weit raus schwimmen. Ich bin dann mit der Frau zusammen rausgeschwommen, aber wir haben wieder nichts gesehen :( Weiter raus haben wir uns dann nicht getraut, man weis ja nicht mit der Stroemung und so. Aber auch wenn wir nichts gesehen haben war es schoen rauszuschwimmen, da hier fast keien Wellen waren. Und es war ein wunderschoner, fast einsamer Strand :)

... it was simply stunning! The island was tiny and sat in the middle of a huge lagoon with nothing around for miles. The water changes colour from blue to turquoise to green and is so clear you don’t even have to snorkel to see the fish.
