Ferry trips today were the port of call. First was a trip across to Manly though the dramatic change in weather, only just above 20 degrees and some harsh winds meant it didn't have the same usual appeal I'm sure it usually does. The ferry itself was a bit choppy in journeying over. We spent a couple of hours walking by the beach and through the town. Outside the line of rooms is a lounge area with a chair and couch in front of a TV, ...

... ferry back to Circular Quay and we decided to go back on the ferry to Manly Beach for fish and chips. Manly Beach is well known for it's fish and chips and surfing, which we saw both of. Manly is as far east as you can get from Sydney. It lies next to the eastern gap which the channel of water that leads into Sydney harbour from the ...

... than expected. Watched three movies on the way over - "Unbroken" , followed by "2nd Most Exotic Marigold Hotel" then "Cinderella". Crew were fantastic. Arriving 5 hrs late, we had missed our Calgary flight with West Jet, so after a quick immigration check and collection of bags we joined the queue to be re-allocated our Calgary Flight on West Jet which didn't leave for another 4 hrs. With just under 3 hrs to go we went up to ...
