... loud music and strobe lights blasted your senses for about ten minutes before your over stimulated brain accompanied your squished body out to the cool night air. Hmmmmm.... think we made the wrong choice. Still it's all an experience!
So we come to the end of this blog. Tomorrow our commute to Kelowna will take us 30 hours. The joy of flying with Aeroplan.

... were pretty good all round. We also saw Franz Kafka's house where he wrote many of his books in the famous "Golden Lane". We also saw the Alchemy museum where they had original underground alchemy labs on display from the 8th century. They even had the "elixir of youth" for sale. If you believe that sort of thing.
Prague has been good. It has managed to maintain it's culture despite there being heaps of tourism.

... It was no fun to walk around and many, many things were shut down. Fortunately, we all stayed safe and bonded back at the hostel, situated a bit away from the city center. Perhaps because of the dilemma we were put into, I was reminded of a key lesson of travel: people make an experience, more so than the actual activity of what we do or what amazing sites we see.

The night was ended walking around the Christmas market, and purchasing some disappointing roasted chestnuts (which ended up in the bin). We opted for an early night as we decided to get the early train to Vienna tomorrow, leaving at 4.40am! However our early night did not eventuate as we spent the next hour or so on the internet booking trains to Anna in Sweden and trying to pay for a flight back to ...
