... located in the old part of the city and surround by Barri Gothic buildings.

Towards the end of the promenade, we stopped for some last minute tapas and a refreshing beverage. Then it was time to catch the shuttle bus back to the ship.

Once we got back to ship, it was time to get ready to retire for the evening. Mum went out of deck to watch the city disappear in the distance.

Fun fact:
Urban parks account for 10% of the cities acreage.

... somehow he was able to get it to take the bills. Whew!!!! I was like "DANKE SHON" big time!!! Then we waited and no trains were coming.., the times on the board did not move, and they made some long announcement in German. No one seemed to be scrambling for alternative transportation, so we stayed put. Train came a few minutes later and it was a boring ride - except for the 2 Japanese chicks across from us who I'm pretty sure were discussing whether karl was a boy or a girl. Decided ...

... suitable refreshments arranged we returned to the city centre, met Tony at the appointed time and place and went to look for a good location from where we could watch the fun. We ended up back outside the same hotel where we'd waited in 2012 which had been quite good because the pavement was quite narrow meaning that spectator numbers stayed fairly low so we wouldn't need to get too worked up about rude and thoughtless people standing and blocking our views.
