... Went and saw La Sagrada Familia (Google this for some groovy photos). This is now a basilica which was designed by Gaudi and he started building in 1882. When he died in 1926 others took over the construction. Work is still being done but it is still unfinished and will probably take another hundred years to realise Gaudi's original vision! August 1 – Barcelona

We got an early start walking to the Sagrada Familia (Holy Family Church) We purchased tickets last night to beat the ticket lines but we had heard early entry was best as this is Antonio Guadi's most famous project.
