I had two hours before volunteering
started, so I dropped my bag at Lone Pine, then biked down to
Jindalee Rocks Riverside Park again. There, I locked the bike up and
ran around and did some exercises. I definitely notice now that the
walkers around here are much
more likely to smile and acknowledge you than a cyclist. They are
always so stony-faced and serious in their logo-coated spandex. It
was a nice bout of activity and I got back to Lone ...

... and Ann, Andy's Mum at the Franklin Hotel Adelaide for Dinner. The hotel was lovely and had been refurbished with an industrial feel to it. Ann then dropped us off at our hotel after taking us to see the new Adelaide Oval lit up at night....Adelaide is a lovely city with a good feel about it. Lots of people out and about enjoying the many eating places on offer. Woke up at 6am after a good nights sleep ...

... Springs can only be described as large 'towns' at best. Our challenge on reaching Brisbane was first, to avoid the toll roads (grrrr!) and secondly, find somewhere to camp in Beaten-up Barry.
