          ... so is being savvy about saving energy costs. Korean's put more value on this than we do in Australia. They are proud of their Country and are fanatic about cleanliness (environment and person).

          Thought of the Day:
          Not sure whether I have one to provide today. I need to do more investigating about this rote learning and I will be interested to see how students react and engage with the lessons I have planed....keep you updated!

          ... literally forgotten that I was in Korea while enjoying the mexican food and atmosphere.           Just as amazing as the view, though, were the other hikers on the mountain. No exaggeration: 90% of them were definitely over 40, and I'd say 50-60% of them were over 50. We even saw one guy climbing who looked like he was 70. I can't believe how in shape these people are!! That hike was challenging for me--a 21 year old runner!! When we got to the top, we were super tired, and there were tons of these Adjusshi doing what they do ...

          Back at the hotel now, we spent the afternoon walking around. here's some pics. we visited the main palace called Gyeongbokgung Palace. It's been destroyed twice by the Japanese, once in the 1500 and again in 1911. kinda ridiculous. The japanese commander, in the 1500s, commented on how beautiful it was, then burnt it down. too bad.

          ... my hair color is...etc. so in his profile he wrote these things; my hair color is black , my skin color is yellow and i am wearing pajamas. i was just cracking up watching him do this, there were some other ones he wrote but i cant remember. he also copied and pasted things from different pages for other parts of his profile. so funny. I hope he finds some couches to surf.
          I made it back to bed around 5am and slept for a bit until it was time to catch the ferry to south ...
