... battled a steep hill, the chain on her bike could not take the pressure and broke. Oops. We were now staring up the hill still 3km away from the closest rescue point. We ended up using a combination of walking up the steep bits, rolling down the hills with David dragging Nicole on the flat bits. Luckily, it worked and within no time we were at a bike drop off.
