... is done, and yup, it was cold. After the tour we went to dinner at the brewery restaurant. I had beef filet roasted in Pilsner and sausage. We sat with two gentlemen from Romania - that was very interesting! I slept the whole way back and it was very late when we returned- which is why this post is so late!

Today we are waiting for a bus to take us to Karlovy Vary which is a spa town and the location of the Moser Glass ...

... had a good walk around the town, had a picnic in one of the pretty little parks, and walked along and sat by the river which was very relaxing.

... Hradistan. We knew we were part of something special when the musicians went silent mid-song to let the audience belt out a few bars of a sweet old ditty that apparently everyone knows.

... the flavour, golden and consistent.

Best of all we got to taste some of the beer that they brew and then distill in the old style barrels in the old cellars. There are 9km of underground cellars that were used with the old wooden barrels, until they changed and started distilling in massive stainless steel tanks. The beer was cloudy but it tasted really good, even Colton liked it!
