The accommodation was simple but effective. Bedrooms are all upstairs but showers and toilets are all downstairs. The toilets are through the communal area and the kitchen so not ideal. A big hot tub is free to use at the back of the property aswell as a sauna and bbq. Wifi is free and fast.
It's located about 10 minutes walk from the centre of town but it's up a seriously steep hill.
For the price it's quite a good option in Dunedin.
