... glide around! We eventually made it to the start of the trek. Our group was us 3 and then a french couple and a German women. It quickly became apparent that the German lady was going to be slow....mainly because both soles of her walking boots had come off!!!!! ... birthday dad' with the only utensils available, twigs or stones? twigs it was and she set out on her mission, surprisingly it didnt take too long to collect all the twigs and create the master piece. Just as we began to sunbath our guide came along with a snake in a water bottle. Another guide had caught the snake on thier hike. Intrigued they let the snake out of the bottle, Liz filming the action screamed as the snake slivered towards her (luckily Frank had a hold of his tail). ...

The Museum was just S/2. They gave you at 53 page book to read about the civil war that last 2 decades. Here I thought I had finished with war museums, but I guess not.

... was the tourist office for Carnaval info as chairs already set up in the Plaza. Turns out the daily parade of costumed groups and their musicians starts at noon and winds it’s way very slowly to the Plaza not arriving until at least 3, even later today for some reason. The blinding heat had been replaced by lightning cut black clouds that threatened much but thankfully produced little.
