Good prices, bathrooms not ensuite but no problems queuing. Missed the free Monday night veggie meal but sounded great

The next stop was Berlin where I had a very busy few days which consisted of lots and lots of walking. The afternoon of my arrival I was told that I had to check out the flea markets that were down the road and only open on Sundays. So I followed the suggestion of the hostel and went to check them out. I then spent the next few hours looking around …

Steven on the other hand was absolutely wrecked from all the late night card playing he'd been participating in and decided he was going to stay in. In any case, after a late coffee run at …

All around the world some of the most highly rated things to do in each city have been usurped by a kind of game. The basic idea is that you are placed in a room and you have to, as a team, solve a multi-part puzzle that uses the items in …

After coffee at Antipodes we decided that it was about time we actually did something. So we joined a free walking tour that started from our hostel at just after noon and finished up at the Brandenburg gate near to 5pm. A fairly long stretch of time to be wandering about, but the pace was languid with plenty of …
