... Drowned rats much? Together with see through top, excellent combo... Clearly this ment that we had to hide for shelter in a pub and have a beer or two whilst we waited out the rain! ... So that is what we went with. It also included a river cruise, a variety of tours, such as Prague Castle and the Jewish Quarter, and was valid for 48 hours. Today we did the basic circuit and tomorrow will do the other 3. Obviously buses can't get into the city centre so we were walked the 1.5 km by a guide who then told us the interesting things about the Old Town. ... Czech beer). I met Katy, a stenographer from San Diego. She had intended to come to Prague to teach English, but the program wasn’t working for her, so she picked up a job as a stenographer for a professor. This job allowed her to travel and see more of Europe. We discussed our travels and where we hope to end up in the future.

... The tram didn’t stop where we thought it would, so we ended up running a long way to get there in time.

We met our tour guide Jana and group at the astronomical clock. She had the funniest accent ever, which made it quite hard to understand at the start. She loved to extenuate random words, as if to be comical, for example, 'Ere you can ziiiiiii the church of saint jaaaaaamessss.’ She was a fantastic guide though, and a lovely lady.

... the same degree of bladder control and eventually had to get up, causing Jack’s owner to roll her eyes at the inconvenience. When we finally landed in Zürich we had to wait for every single other person to get off the plane before this woman would get up and get all of Jack’s things "organized" so I could get out of my seat. Fabulous. Good thing I wasn’t in a rush.
