Our taxi that we arranged with Pat was waiting for us. It took us an hour to get to B&M's house. We got our luggage organized and relaxed for a bit, took a shower and than it was time for the apero where I tried some orange with Thai rum .... Pretty strong ! Today I woke up eager to go to Omescape the Chamber of Secrets at Patong and also looking forward to going to Freedom Beach for a boat ride which will be exciting and fun! I decided to have bacon and eggs with orange juice and some fruit for breakfast at the hotel.
I went Omescape first. This would be a good activity for a school group. You do have to put your mind to the test a lot by working the puzzles and pieces and ...

... go covered up to Thailand! Anyway, after getting harassed, we finally found a place where we could book our tour to ride the elephants for 30 minutes and visit the Big Buddha temple for $30. Total steal. They key is to negotiate though and be aggressive and do NOT budge with your pricing. Thanks to Monica, we made this happen. Anyway, our tour wasn't until 3:30 PM so we decided to take advantage of the day by the beach.

We spent our morning and early afternoon ...
