Back in the boat again to go to the mainland to continue our journey back to Malaysia for our flight out of KL. We arrived in Phuket, in our hotel which was a bit out of the way from the centre of phuket town an there are absolutely no westerners around, no restraints no nothing, ended up having dinner at mcthai ...

'Crazy Town - Is that a girl?'

We caught a local bus from Rawai to Patong which was a fraction of the price for a taxi. When we arrived we had to find some accommodation which took a while but we ended up finding a pretty sweet for for under 10!

Walking around Patong is like going through a Australian bogan town. It is basically set up for the Australian/New Zealand tourist who come over for 1-2 weeks.

    Another day on the water

... On one side, you face east and turn around, there's the sun setting in front of you.

We had one hour here so we grabbed a Mangum ice cream snack and jumped back in the water. The beach was severely crowded and not as we imagined. We thought this would be an uninhabited island with plenty of room to spread out. This was just the opposite.

We made the most of it and spent our time in the water.

Ready for the ride back, we had about 30 minutes on the water and ...
