... and tried to lie down under a little bridge she'd tired herself out so much.

We made sure we brought chocolates for the restaurant staff that had been so nice to Mark and Indi after they had ate every meal there while I was away They made her another mango shake and gave her ice cream when we were over to say bye.

We packed up, sent quite a lot of winter clothes back to Australia and headed off to catch our flight to Malaysia.

We were staying in Patong for 3 nights and we couldn't wait to get to the beach! The first night we went for food to try and cure our hangovers. Poor Jonny was finding it very tough! We walked around the markets the street food looked class. It ranges ...

So i was pretty apprehensive and what today had in store for me, the experience wasn't quite as 'laddy' as i'd expected but was still a unique experience for me. We joined the group about half 9 for breakfast and then I was escorted away with the boys on a minibus down to the marina where a speedboat was waiting to take us to the island wear the James Bond film, the man with the golden gun was shot. The speedboat ride was very bumpy ...

... br> Twice per week I did a special body-fit class, either running up the big Buddha hill or exercising on the beach (all with a big group), great fun and excellent workouts. I haven't done any sightseeing or partying yet though, except for the occasional trip to beach with some guys from my guesthouse... It sounds quite chilled-out, but in actuality it's extremely tiring and next to training I'm not really able to do a whole lot else!
