The treck itself can be done in as little as 3 days, but we did it in 5. The first day starts out in the afternoon with a three or four hour treck. The first farm place you stay in hammocks. We didn't spend much time here, only a night either side of our trip to the Parque Tyrona. Breakfast was pretty good, the pool looked nice and there is a cool bar upstairs. Rooms were small but clean and well kept with some shelves and we had a private ensuite. The staff were nice and I believe the owner went partying with some of the guests until the morning! giddy up
