... goodbyes to everyone in the team, most of us were crying including the boys and it was very clear that these were genuine heart felt tears. We are all going to miss each other and it has been such a pleasure working and learning from our local team. ... I did. And for the rest of the day I had work people come up and ask me to show them. I actually did have one guy take quite an interest in what I did rather than whether I could bend in half. But after work (I finished after the store closed) I did show those needy of seeing it, the splits. Then I came home, sat cross-legged to eat dinner. I SPLIT MY FREAKING PANTS. :/

London Heathrow is a disgrace! Chaotic and dysfunctional with far too few personnel in Customs and Security the queues are endless and we just make our connection! Others do not and their distress is visible. What a shame!
As we touch down in Scotland the pilot says " Welcome to damp and dreary Aberdeen." And it is!
