This hostel is great. We stayed here for 4 weeks and loved it. There's lots of communal space including a well equipped kitchen and TV room. We stayed in a few different rooms, the 5 bed we stayed in was fine but the 8 bed room was very crapped. The best thing about the rooms is that they are air conditioned! Some of the staff are lovely, some of them are very miserable erving up typical Australian customer service. Stay here, you'll have a great time!!!

We stayed in a private double with en-suite, it was more like staying in a hotel than a hostel, with towels, tea and coffee making facilities, shampoo, soap and a t.v. All aspects of bedroom were really clean, we got free wifi and the communal lounge area was great. The kitchen is good size, with a lot of appliances but was often a bit of a mess.

Wow! Today was our very last day in Australia! Time has went by so fast and we are so thankful for everything we have had the opportunity to do and all the wonderful people we met along the way! We started off the day with the Queen Victoria Market. Basically a farmer's market, it has many vendors selling food items and various souvenirs and …

Andrea got a morning greeting from a happy little cockroach today. It was on her bag just wanting to help her get ready for the day. So naturally we squished it with a shoe. Off to a good start. After murdering a bug we headed out souvenir shopping. Found a shop in downtown Melbourne and made a good haul. The forecast this morning didn't really …

Well, today we made our way to our final place in Australia: Melbourne. We began our day by checking out of our motel and making our way into town for breakfast. We ate breakfast at a cute little cafe, and thought that we, and everyone else, were going to get blown into the ocean. As has been the case over the last few weeks, the state of Victoria …

First of all I want to apologize that I didn't write for a long time, but I've got a good explanation.

Melbourne is known as a city where you never sleep. I can only confirm this fact. There is too much to see, too much too do, sleeping would just be a waist of time.

I arrived in Melbourne two weeks ago. I was so tired after a …

After returning from our road trip along the Great Ocean Road we took our car rental back to Jucy cars and were all set for our 1 week stay in Melbourne. But first, to the Grand Prix we go! Claire's dad Adrian very kindly treated us to two Grand Prix tickets as he is a die hard formula one fan and insisted we went. And what a great day out we had! …
