Battery Boy and Video girl had a lovely sleep at Posado San Jose in Cuenca and remarked how lucky they were that the bed sloped down from head to foot and not the other way round or they would have woken up with very bad headaches. The sun shone through the windows as it rose over the hills.

I decided to stop at the Albufera on my way back to the hotel. The Albufera is a fresh water lagoon located in a natural park just outside of Valencia. The lagoon is surrounded by small fishing towns and beautiful rice paddies.
