    ... Mexico City valley arrived to rule the city and promote the religion and thus it became one of the biggest Mayan cities. There were actually so many people here that the Pyramid of the Plume Serpent was built in only 5 years because of all the people power ready to work on it.     ... Everything is so much more expensive than anywhere we've been so far! Sunbaked and swam in the beautiful water.
    Day 33
    Visited Chichen Itza and Cenote Sagrado (which is a fresh water sink hole). Absolutely stunning. Chichen Itza was so amazing but extremely hot! Bought another 2 pairs of silver earrings so now have about 15??!!! Also bought some wood carvings - we must be at 65kg now - whoops! Cenote Sagrado was so nice, ...
