Sydney is the unofficial capital of Australia and a place we've always wanted to see and the flight from Canberra was only 40 minutes long. The first thing we had to do was walk along the famous Sydney Harbour and see the opera house and harbour bridge. The views are impressive as it shows the mixture between the massive skyscrapers and neighbouring islands surrounded by white sand. ... my next flight but I rushed throughout the terminal and through to the next gate with about 10mins to spare to quickly let mum know I had landed safely although late and then started boarding again for my 17hour flight through to Dubai, with the stop over in Bangkok. I wasn't too happy getting to my seat to discover I was between 2 people and also in the middle of the plane, what a long flight it was going to be.. A long 9 hours uncomfortable.. ...

... That occupied most of the morning and early afternoon and after that we headed for our final camp before Le Van goes into hibernation.
The Sydney Hills Tourist Park turns out to be the best of the last three parks we've used. Friendly management (they're very new) but also a very nice site. Clean amenities. ... anyways. The roulette had its ups and downs but as is always the case, resulted in us being down and not up - 13 & 15 didn't come in once! Fortunately we're sensible enough not to gamble too big!
