Okay, kind of a cheesy blog title but couldn't do much better in the creativity department today. We did get to watch the Super Bowl while in Sydney, but strange to see it on a Monday morning/afternoon since we are 19 hours ahead of California time and without all the million dollar commercials that are such a big part of the Superbowl. We weren't planning on watching it (glad we did though since it was quite exciting!) however we were both bedridden thanks to some nasty food poisoning that l...
Sydney, New South Wales, Australia andrea_nzI arrived back in Sydney after what must have been the least painful flight experience of the entire trip so far. Well done Qantas. Well done. At last you're getting it right... I had booked in to a hostel in advance at an incredibly cheap rate, but having worked out how far i had to walk and the general rates, i decided to find somewhere a bit closer to where my feet were that second. Chilli Blue Backpackers was my final choice. I booked six nights and they said i got an extra night free... ...
Sydney, Australia biggmikFantastic four days, possibly the best I've had in months. If it wasn't for Julie I probably wouldn't have gone to the Australian Museum, The Rocks, Chinese Gardens, The Opera House, or The Botianic Gardens. Wandering around the city might have been my favorite bit, though.
Sydney, Australia cuvelier.romainHei!

Newcastle and brisbane, New South Wales, Australia jennyreidOur time in Thailand was coming to an end and we said goodbye to our group last night. Having spent so much time with them over the last two weeks and surviving that hill tribe trek together it was a bit sad saying goodbye. We had a nice group of people and we have already planned a reunion for when we get back to the UK! The next day me and Sarah left our hotel and headed for the Airport Shuttle Bus stop. We were told when we got there that there was an accident somewhere in Bangkok, the tra...
