Center Ramblas Barcelona

And the story goes on. Today we traveled from Nimes in France south to Barcelona in Spain OLE. The weather wasn´t very good on the way. Lots of rain, but we were dry and comfortable, so no complaining there. We took our time driving and once in Spain we abandonded the Motorway and took the road along the coast. We passed through all the favorite holiday spots for the Dutch and English. What a joke. When we still lived in Holland, wild horses couldn´t drag Coen to this area. Now he enjoyed it ...

We are still in Barcelona and having a great time. Yoday we decided to do the tourist thing like we did in New York. Not very cool, but taking a guided bustour is the best way to get to know a city really fast. Like I said we did this in NY and it rea;;y worked for us. Today we saw a big chuck of Barcelona, nore to follow tomorrow. We do realise that it's impossible to see all the shop. Barca is a serious competitor for NY when it comes to shopping. The city (wit 4 million people living here)...

so, of course i didnt hear my watch alarm, and my phone alarm, i gues i didnt set it up right, stil trying ot get used to it, so heres jes pounding on my door at 630, pounded so hard it flew open, good lock system right there. we ran to the bus stop, me n my jammies, and of course we made it nice and early, i cant wait to travel on my own, i wouldnt have been on such an early train, and i woulda had my alarm, lol. but its stil nice to have a friend with me and hang out with til i get this eur...

woke up aroud 8 for the final time (like i said, snoring man,,, he was horrible. he would snore very loudly, then it would get quieter, then he would stop completely, we wouldnt hear breathing for about 15 seconds, then he would start choking for air for 5 seconds, then his snores after this were quick, loud, for about 30 seconds until they calmed down and started back again from point A. he did this all night the first night ,and the second night (tonight)). k, ate breakfast,... which by the...

um.. stupid snoring guy, choken on his snored allll night ,i started throwing things at him, it didnt help ( sometimes it does, it wakes them and u get a chance to sleeep before it starts again) hahaha anyways, up at 8 again, breakfast, yeees sugar freee flakes, walked to the train station and booked out train to rome for tomoro, then off to the beach... but problem is the sun was hiding anf it was windy and it was raining on and off. i heard that it was hot and hmid back in ontario.. ur all ...

We got up early in the morning to finish up the packing we'd started the day before and to try and leave everything tidy in the apartment. We finished everything in time for a quick breakfast before we left to the airport. The day before we had said our goodbyes to the people we managed to meet; some till next year and some others till who knows when...maybe never.
