... up daughters !! All travelling through Italy for a 3 weeks.... 6 plane tickets and 3 hotel rooms each night....makes the cost of our trip sound insignificant !! ... got about 10 chips, 2 rolls of cannelloni and a little bowl of salad for €22 - $33AUD. We could have gotten 6 margarita pizzas for that! After admiring the Tower of Pisa, we headed back for Florence and spent the afternoon shopping. The shops over here aren’t in a big shopping centre, they’re just out on the street. We had a nice day in Florence. It was an enjoyable city.

... Pitti Palace, this time to the Palatine Museum. I was glad I had bought the museum guide because this collection, although impressive, seems a little bit disorganized, or maybe it was just overwhelming. Every room has paintings on every spare space of wall. It turns into a sort of treasure hunt trying to find the works of the more famous artists!
