A 5 min walk form the centre of town but regular shuttle busses, free breakfast (pancakes are always a winner) nice common room, lovely people working there, clean and tidy...I loved it here!

Today it rained (felt like home) ... So we just went for lunch in Moka, who served so much food that we each felt a little dodgy, & went shopping. This is when i decided to collect Shot glasses from each stop (I will insert a picture of my collection at the end of my Journey)

We then came back and once again …

We went to the beach again today and had a picnic in a park, complete with Prosecco and Goon :)

Next on to a Railways bar where they had acoustic guitar player, the drinks were cheap and we are surrounded by Aussies and travellers, Such a good night!

We then headed to Woodys Surf Shack, danced and had a …

So after Ultimate Oz is over it was time to say 'See ya later' not goodbye to my Ultimate Oz family and Sophie, Scott, Steff Faye and i decided to make a plan and head up the East Coast.

Wake Up Hostel was a great help with planning where should we go and The Greyhound tickets - the easiest way to travel around! It had air con and if you …

This is to be our full day of sunning in Byron Bay, in our slightly expensive holiday park. We began with eggs and baked beans ("English style" baked beans these were, apparently. Not that we could taste the difference). It's a baking hot day even by 10am, totally sapping our energy to do anything more than read in the shade. However, in order to …

        From Sydney to Rainbow Beach!

G'day everyone, I hope you are all most well. Apologies for not updating this sooner but the East Coast has been insane! 3500 km of party, party party, so much fun and you will be pleased to hear I can most definately keep up with 20 something year old backpackers all the way from Sydney to Cairns,

So I set off on my Oz experience bus ...
