Horseback riding, waterfalls, & massages
... rubbing my back, legs, and arms with warm oil that smelled really good. While we were getting our massages they played very calming music. I was very relaxed during the massage and I really enjoyed it. After the massage we called for room service and ordered fish and chicken and some desserts. We were very full after we ate and it was a delicious meal.
I'm sad to leave Costa Rica but I do want to get to see my kitties and play Minecraft on the computer!

Coffee Tour - Sky Walk - Night Walk

Am Nachmittag besuchten wir den Sky Walk. Ein drei Kilometer langer Wanderweg, welcher über schwankende Hängebrücken im Kronendach führt, von wo aus man eine einmalige Aussicht auf die Baumkronen und deren Tierwelt hat. Costa Rica's 5 Star Backpackers
... last minute. As the bus was a pick pocketers dream (full of foreigners) we were told we needed to stay awake and aware - but that was easy... we were both so excited about our new plans! (that involved a lot less travelling than we initially thought we would have to do!)
On arrival into La Fortuna we headed straight up to what Lonely Planet declared as "Costa Rica's 5 Star Backpackers" . And oh la la - it was lovely! We had a pool with a swim up bar ...

... a small stroll around property to see what was around close by. There was a scarlet macaw in the pool area which I assumed was a "pet” of the resort but nope! Free loose bird just comes for food! He sat on Jym’s arm!!! Then he didn’t care for that too much so he wandered up onto a beam above the pool bar where he just sat and let me photograph him! They say there is a blue one that hangs out too but I didn’t see ...
