Cute and homey - I felt like I was in my own dining room for breakfast. Everything was really clean and nice. I really recommend it.

... through it anyway. Life got better and I managed to be a tourist and not just sleep and eat KFC so an improvement on yesterday, and the day before that. Going out for drinks later I hope that doesn't steal all possible happiness from tomorrow. (Just to let you know it did, and I once again did not leave for Poznan) trend. Met another perfect little polish person when I was evicted from my original dorm called Kasia. We went out for dinner one night and ...

I think we finally have our travel legs underneath us. Last night we went to sleep at around 8:30. We were so tried from traveling. At one point I woke up during the night thinking we missed breakfast only to discover it was midnight. I was freaking. Diane thought I went mad. At any rate, we awoke and had a very filling breakfast and walked outside of the Stary Rynek. We ran ...

We flew into Warsaw (8 hour flight) to catch a quick flight to Poznan. The flight was smooth, only one very unhappy baby crying on and off the whole trip. I was thinking "where's the Benadryl when you need it"? Did manage to sleep with the rather large Pol 's head in my lap when he reclined his seat. Yes, we fly ECONOMY! It made a big difference to leave for a trip at night when it came to our energy ...

... was a party atmosphere every night with live music. Friday night there was a rock band and they played protest songs such as Sweet Home Alabama, American Pie and of course, Pink Floyd's The Wall. And did I mention the food? Check out these pictures of our meals. There was no goulash in this town; only gourmet meals made with fresh ingredients. We loved the energy of Poznan and we will be returning soon to check out the rest of ...

Today we left Germany and took the train to Poland. We arrived about 630 pm and checked into our hotel. We met some people on the train and they even called a cab for us to take us to our hotel. The hotel overlooks the town square and is filled with restaurants and bars. We had a great Polish ...
