This was a day for catching up on relaxation (still raining anyway), but jet lag was still affecting the long distance travelers, especially Aidan. We did however venture forth for dinner to Restaurant Zihlmann in Biel-Benken, which turned out to be Schweizer-Kost für alle, Chäschnitte, Rösti, Wurst-Käse- Salt garniert, all excellent, yum yum (see photo)

141 miles in two days - awesome cycling in glorious weather. ... And there were spas and hoses. After lying on spa beds our legs felt like jelly - all soft and relaxed, ready to be punished on some hills! And punished they were!
