      My Denmark rail pass includes the Oresund Bridge train and I was hoping to get on and use the bathroom!. The walls had moving images as we waited on an empty platform. They showed train journeys in different cities such as Tokyo and Bangkok.

      ... Noma prior to starting Amass. One of the highlights of the meal was meeting Milton, the pastry chef who transferred from Noma with the chef. You don't expect to meet a chef in Denmark and find out they are from Missouri, but that was the case. He also introduced us to a visiting chef who was from Wichita Falls, Texas. The world is a small place.
