A few days rest in the Blue Mango resort in Kampala. This place is dangerous, a lovely pool, with lots of sun. Laid back tunes going all day. Everything is on your tab and you clear it when you check out. Actually, it wasn't too bad, I can't complain when dinner comes to only $5. Today was the third day of our first school installation at Kyambogo College School here in Kampala. So far, the installation has proceeded with no more than the expected amount of no-hurry-in-Africa-related delays. I last left you on my way to Uganda with Mel. Melissa and I crossed the border on a rainy afternoon to Uganda. It was nice to be back in an English speaking country. Arrived in Entebbe around 2:30 pm after a very long trip (7 hrs ahead of EST). Rodney, the executive director of UMU had arranged for my pick up. I was definitley taken care of when I landed. A gentleman from the airport was waiting and took care of my visa and luggage in a flash. I was then passed to Rod who works with UMU, who then passed me to a driver. Successfully managed to catch the 'luxury' coach the second time around on the Friday morning. 9 fun filled hours of bus journey - Oh joy!! I will nerve complain about McGeehans or CIE again...
