The Amazonian Princess

... the amazon river, it's worth it! There are so many new experiences you won't ever have the chance to do. My final thought of this amazon experience is that people live everywhere! In the jungle, in the city, or even in the suburbs. But in the end, it all depends on culture. We're all really the same if you give culture a chance, such as watching the world cup in the middle of the jungle. It's something the everyone there experienced despite our true differences.

Day 3 we went to see a local village in the jungle. This was really cool, we got to go into the local primary school and speak to the kids and the Teachers. The kids were really ...

Monkey Island

... A Utah girl named Brittany gave us the tour and told us how she had been volunteering there for three weeks. I said I'm supposed to leave Iquitos tomorrow, but could I stay here for a few days and volunteer too? A woman named Marta immediately called her brother, the owner Gilberto, and my four day stay was arranged.
The time I spent on the island will never be forgotten. Each morning I would leave my small cabin and the safety of my mosquito net to ...
