Left New Orleans very early in the morning, still feeling the effects of the previous nights booze! Short flight with a connection in Huston then on to Fort Lauderdale. Checked into The W hotel, and a great room that overlooked the beach.

The next stop was supposed to be Atlanta to see my mate Ron, but he had just taken a great job in West Virginia and had left town the week before, so I decided to go to Fort Lauderdale instead. Was a bit sad I ...
