24 hour countdown!

In 24 short hours we will be headed to the airport to start our journey to Panama. 4 flights, 3 layovers, and 20 hours later we will land in Panama on Saturday night. In 15 days we will visit four different areas; Panama City, Bocas Del Toro, Boquete and Pedasi (Azuro coastline).

I am not even close to being packed and I still must make it through another work day tomorrow. So I'll keep this short and sweet and cross my fingers Friday night comes quickly!

I walked to the visitor's center, which had some interesting displays despite how small it was. I liked the Arctic Fox and Moose displays, which are native to the area here. ...

... hovercraft! In the winter the river freezes and people use it as a highway to go between villages. That night we ordered chinese take-out (one of the very few restaurants in town) and watched Howls Moving Castle! On Sunday morning we considered going 4-wheeling but we woke up to rain and I did not bring the proper rain gear so we chose not to go out. That afternoon we took a walk around the town. Since it is very wet and marshy there are boardwalks everywhere ...
