... a new one but it doesn't matter what trailer just nice to haul your stuff. I don't know how I would have packed for any of our long trips without it. Amazing how you can load it up. Of course we bought Harley shirts, souvenirs, etc... so it was packed when we got home. Again thank you to all who have followed us on our journey. We hope you enjoyed following the blog. He hit the road right after grabbing a bite and filling up the gas. We have about a 4 to 5 hour drive ahead of us and I'm determined to do it in less. I am amazed at how beautiful the state of New York is. I think you always think of the city and forget about the state. We came through Geneva and Seneca valley on the way to Watkins glen. One couple, and their kids, talked to us as they walked us to a local store for a drink. .......I love little towns - kinda that Mayberry feeling here. I stopped by the war memorial to pay respect to all the names. Their town has done an excellent job with this memorial, it is nice to see so much pride in everything this town has - the small details make all the difference! ...

Woken by alarm. However, I had alarm set for 8.30 instead of 7.30 and Gab already gone for the van before we woke. I had reheated pasta and cold pizza from last night for breakfast. Left about 10 to go to Palmerton Pennsylvania to see our friend Steve Obremski. GPS 'Judy Garmon' took us on lots of back roads as well as highways. It was pretty and interesting - some poorer neighborhoods as well.

I haven't been able to get Internet for a few days, so have to backtrack a little, seen so much now all I have to do is remember where? Liz still not keen at all on going to the BIG one - Bethlehem & Jeresalem, it said 13 hrs, but people we met at dinner last night said it was over 14 - so it was me on my PatMalone'.....left the pier at 6.15am, up smart freeways and heading south, we passed factory complex after factory of Boi-Medicine ...
