Aside from doing our daily walks around and around the ship’s top deck under the intense rays of the sun…..I’m not complaining, It’s just too bad that Michel forgot his hat…….we also passed the time by playing a game of mini putt!

Again morning as usual except Dave did not get any chairs set aside as we are going to the city today; shopping. After breakfast we got a taxi and headed to the glass shop. We were asked to pick up some glass for Ann's aunt. The glass store has lots of different glass patterns so we got the right one had them pack it up and said we would be back later to pick it up. No need to carry it all over Puerto Vallarta.
We walked from the glass shop towards the Boardwalk shopping ...
But back to Nuevo. When you enter into Nuevo, all you see are signs that say Riviera Nayarit. Apparently, the town of Nuevo was in disagreement with the town of Puerto Vallarta because PV was upset that Nuevo was using the word "Vallarta" to market a "new" PV which was hurting Puerto Vallarta. Eventually they agreed to change their name and now the town goes by Riviera Nayarit (a remake of "Riviera Mayan"). Really this resort town (and it's mostly ALL ...

Our post New Year plans originally included going up in the mountains to the north in order to visit the Copper Canyon by rail, but after a few ...

The bar is great and the rooms are massive. The lockers are so annoying in that they are under the bed but they open upwards so you have to lay on the ground to put your stuff in. No hot water but it's so hot we wouldn't have used it anyways. Otherwise great location and nice, friendly staff.
