    ... his back. Cursing ben and his abused intestines, we finally nodded off.

    The next day we spent walking around some touristy areas such as avenida paulista and parque de ibirapuera, where julz got his japanese on and snapped like ben cousins in withdrawal. Exhausted from the walking and still a little jet lagged we had an early one before the big launch of the copa do mundo the next day.

    ... loves being Brazilian as shes gets to eat these all the time, and i can see why! No wonder why they were all going on about them so much. We also tried a standard caipirinha, which really are good there, but also had a try of a tangerine and pepper one, and one with the fruit from the cashew nut tree, which I think tasted a little weird. All these fruit ones are always better with vodka though so I never feel like you can call them caipirinhas, they are just fruit ...

    ... talk the differences from what we are used to become apparent.

    Lunch at the JNJ cafeteria was good. As with almost everything else, everything was very open (at least what could be, not manufacturing plants themselves). We ate outside on a large patio. This is stupid, bu tthe tapioca pudding was really good (I had 2). So anyway, a nice lunch outside under a pavilion by a lake - definitely not what I am used to ...

    The bus from Rio to São Paulo took 6 hours. They said they were gonna take a break midway so people would get a chance to stretch their legs etc, but either they didnt, or we totally missed it, because we woke up when the bus stopped in São Paulo o.O

    Lightly disoriented we jumped bus and grabbed our gear and the mad dash across São Paulo commenced.
